Palms and Morning Light

My landscape paintings are completed outdoors. My approach is expressive and the main element in my work is color. I paint the movement of light and the passing mood at different times of day.

Nature is my subject. The ocean, sky, clouds, palm trees and oak trees contain deep beauty and character. My work reflects the ever-changing environment which is often quiet, bold and lush.

My landscapes represent an ephemeral moment in time in a natural place. Each moment has its own unique quality, which I observe and interpret through my work.
